The 2008 La Voce is a super Tuscan-style blend of Sangiovese (92%) and Colorino (8%), two local grape varietals, produced from our 3-hectare vineyard located in the hills of Fiesole, Italy. The wine is handcrafted using old world methods, including alcohol fermentation in open top oak barrels for 3-weeks with manual punch downs every four hours. The wine rests in new French Allier barriques for another 18 months to add roundness and complexity.
In our quest for quality we produced only 250 cases of the inaugural vintage. As a result, we're offering it on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Sinatra 2008 vintage remains 100% estate grown from our Calistoga vineyards and is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Franc. After hand picking the grapes at 26.2 brix on October 2, we produced just under 600 cases of this offering. We aged the wine for 22 months in a combination of 75% new French oak (Taransaud, Saury and Seguin Moreau) and 25% neutral French barrels.
Each six-pack allocation is accompanied by a 7" vinyl recording of Sinatra signing "Nothing But the Best."
Due to our small production, the purchase limit is one six-pack per customer. A limited number of 1.5 liter magnums and 5 liter hand-etched/hand-painted jerobaums signed by a Sinatra Family member are also available.

Introducing the inaugural release of our 2007 Sinatra Family Estates Cabernet Sauvignon. This very special wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (90%), Cabernet Franc (7%) and Petit Verdot (3%) from our estate vineyards just south of Calistoga in the northern crest of Napa Valley.
Our grapes were hand-picked on October 12th, 2007. The wine was racked 3 times and remained in 100% new French oak barrels. We use a combination of Taransaud, Saury and Seguin Moreau cooperage. After 22 months of aging, we bottled the wine on August 19th, 2009.
Because our wine is meant to be enjoyed while listening to the Chairman of the Board, each vintage 2007 six-bottle set is accompanied by a CD of the original 1957 recording of the Come Fly With Me album. Also included is a first-day struck Frank Sinatra official 42 cent US postal stamp and postcard (May 13, 2008-Las Vegas), signed by a Sinatra family member.
